Visual Production

We put your brand
on a wall-sized screen.

LED video walls, projection, gobos, and display screens, every piece of the visual production stack. We design, build, and manage it live so your brand lands the way it's supposed to and your event looks like it belongs in a bigger room.

LED Video Walls

Indoor LED panels in custom configurations. Branded content, IMAG, scenic backdrops. Crisp in any lighting condition.

Event Projection

Wide-throw projectors and proper screens. Presentations, branded graphics, scenic content for any venue layout.

Gobo & Logo Projection

Project your name, logo, or monogram onto walls, floors, and ceilings. Custom gobos fabricated for your specific event.

TV & Display Screens

Commercial displays on stands for overflow viewing, wayfinding, and branded content throughout your venue.

LED wall or projection

This is the decision that shapes everything else, and it comes down to how much light is in the room.

Projection needs controlled lighting. In a dim ballroom after dinner it looks excellent and costs less. In a room with windows, or during an afternoon program, it washes out and there is no fixing it on the day.

An LED wall makes its own light, so it holds up at any hour with the house lights full. It costs more and it takes longer to build. For a daytime conference or any room you cannot darken, it is the only real answer.

If you are not sure which way to go, tell us the room and the time of day and we will tell you honestly, including when the cheaper option is the right one.

Sizing it to the room

The mistake is buying a wall by the foot instead of by the viewing distance. What matters is whether someone at the back can read a slide, and whether someone in the front row sees a picture rather than a grid of dots.

A rough guide: a 10x6 wall covers a room of 200 or so, and past 500 guests you want 16x9 or larger. Ceiling height and sightlines change that, and a long narrow room behaves differently from a square one.

When you need IMAG

IMAG is a live camera feed of whoever is on stage, put up on the wall so the back of the room sees a face instead of a distant figure. Any room deeper than about sixty feet benefits. Award presentations and keynotes are where it earns its cost, because the moment happens on someone's face.

Send us the content early

The screen is only as good as what goes on it. We take video, slides, live feeds, countdowns, and social walls, and we will tell you what aspect ratio to build to before your designer starts rather than after. Content sized for a laptop and stretched onto a wall is the most common way a good setup ends up looking wrong.

Common questions

What size LED video walls do you offer?

We build modular LED walls in virtually any size. Common configurations run from 10x6 feet up to 20x12 feet and larger for ballroom events. We recommend the right size based on your room and throw distance.

What resolution is your LED wall?

Our panels are fine enough that the picture still holds up when guests are standing right next to the wall. That is what you want at an indoor corporate event or a gala.

Can you play video and display slides on the LED wall?

Yes. We can play video loops, live feeds, presentations, countdown timers, social media walls, or any content you provide. We manage all playback during your event.

Do you need a dark room for projection to work?

Wide-throw projectors work best in controlled lighting. If your venue has bright ambient light, an LED wall is the better option. It is fully readable at any light level.

Can you display a company logo on screen throughout the event?

Yes. We can overlay a logo or brand elements on any video content or hold a static display between presentations and videos.

Need visuals at your event?

Tell us about your space and vision. We'll recommend the right visual production setup.
