For weddings, 6-12 months out is ideal. South Florida's peak season runs October through May and weekends fill up fast. That said, if you're reaching out with less time, just ask. We'll be upfront about what we have available and whether we can pull it off right.
We cover all of South Florida: Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. No travel fees within that range. For destination events further out, we can talk through the logistics.
Yes. Fully insured with general liability. If your venue requires a COI, we'll get it to them before your event. We've done this enough times to know exactly what different venues need.
Uplighting puts LED fixtures along the walls and pillars to wash the room in color. Great for setting a mood and making the space feel intentional. Bistro string lights hang overhead and give that warm, romantic canopy feel. A lot of couples do both, and they work really well together.
Every quote is custom: venue size, service mix, duration, logistics. A lot of people come to us focused on price and don't fully realize how much work and expertise actually goes into what they're getting. We're not the cheapest option, but we'll tell you exactly what you're getting for the money and why it's worth it.
